  1. Doodh ka Istemal Skin Moisturizer Ke Roop Mein:
    • Gungune doodh ko cotton ball mein bhigo kar aap apni skin par lagayein. Isse skin ko moisturize karne mein madad milegi.
    • Doodh mein kuch boond glycerin mila kar bhi istemal kiya ja sakta hai. Glycerin skin ko aur bhi achhi tarah se moisturize karegi.
  2. Doodh ka Face Pack:
    • Doodh ko besan aur thoda sa honey ke saath mila kar ek paste banayein.
    • Iss paste ko face par lagakar 15-20 minutes ke liye chhod dein.
    • Fir thande pani se dho lein. Ye face pack skin ko moisturize karega aur uski glow ko bhi badhayega.
  3. Doodh ka Bath:
    • Gungune doodh ko apne bath water mein mila kar use karein.
    • Doodh skin ko moisturize karega aur dryness se bachayega.
  4. Doodh ka Istemal Diet Mein:
    • Apni diet mein doodh aur doodh se bani cheezein shamil karein, jaise ki paneer aur dahi. Yeh aapki skin ko from inside moisturized rakhegi.
