Din mein kitna pani peena chahiye yeh vyakti ke umra, vyayam, mausam, aur anya kai factors par nirbhar karta hai. Lekin aam taur par logon ko din bhar mein kam se kam 8 se 10 gilas (64-80 ounces) paani peena chahiye. Yeh sankhya vyakti ke sharirik aktibiti, sthiti aur aapke ikaiyon ke anusar badal sakti hai.
Kuch mahatvapurna baatein dhyan mein rakhein: Aapka Vyayam: Vyayam karne wale vyakti ko adhik paani ki aavashyakta hoti hai, kyunki woh jyada pasina bahate hain. Vyayam ke dauran aur baad mein pani peena zaroori hai tak ki aap dehydrated nahi ho.
Tapmaan (Mausam): Garmi mein log jyada pasina bahate hain, isliye garmi ke dinon mein adhik paani peena zaroori hota hai.
Sharirik Swabhav: Har vyakti ka sharir alag hota hai, isliye paani ki aavashyakta bhi alag ho sakti hai. Kuch log jaldi dehydrated ho jate hain, jabki kuch log adhik samay tak paani ke bina bhi tik sakte hain.
Rog ya Upachar: Kuch rog aur upachar bhi paani ki aavashyakta ko prabhavit kar sakte hain. Aapke doctor dwara di gayi salah ke anusaar paani piyein, agar aap kisi vyaktigat rog ka ilaaj kar rahe hain.
Aahar: Aapke khadya padartho mein paani ki matra bhi hai. Phal, sabziyan, aur soups mein bhi paani hota hai.
Din mein paani ka niyamit sevan aapke sharir ke liye mahatvapurna hai. Agar aap vishesh mausam, vyayam ya swasthya sthiti ke chalte adhik paani ki aavashyakta mehsoos karte hain, to aap apne dincharya mein paani ki matra ko badha sakte hain. Yadi aap samanya dincharya mein adhik paani peete hain, to yeh aapke sharir ko sahi tarah se hydrate rakhega aur aapke swasthya ko sudhar sakta hai.
