  1. Nariyal Tel (Coconut Oil):
    • Sardiyo mein skin ko moisturized rakhne ke liye, nariyal tel ka istemal karein. Isse skin mein nami bani rahegi aur chapped (fate) skin se bachav hoga.
  2. Garam Pani se Nahana:
    • Thande pani se nahane se bachna chahiye. Hamesha garam pani ka istemal karein, kyun ki thanda pani skin ko aur bhi sukhad bana sakta hai.
  3. Moisturizer Ka Istemal:
    • Har nahane ke baad, apne sharir par achha moisturizer lagayein. Isse skin ko nami milti hai aur vo komal bani rehti hai.
  4. Lip Balm Ka Istemal:
    • Sardiyo mein hotho par chapped hone ka khatra hota hai. Isse bachav ke liye lip balm ka istemal karein.
  5. Hand Gloves aur Socks:
    • Haatho aur paairo ko sardi se bachane ke liye gloves aur socks ka istemal karein. Inse skin ko direct thand se bachav milta hai.
